Work on the outdoor steps on the east side of the Marshall County Courthouse will begin this week.
Marshall County Commissioner Kevin Overmyer said Midwest Maintenance Project Manager Jamie Giguere mentioned that the company will be back in Plymouth to repair the east outdoor stairs where a drain will be installed where the exterior goes into the inside. Giguere previously mentioned that the steps are in bad shape. The steps will be removed and concrete poured in lieu of leaving limestone there and repairing it.
The change order was previously approved for the stair replacement at a cost of $137,017.
