Marshall County Commissioners to Meet Today

Commission Vice President Michael Burroughs, Commission President Stan Klotz, Kevin Overmyer

The Marshall County Commissioners will meet today where Health Administrator Faith Freed will ask to apply for immunizations and vaccines for children.

Emergency Management Agency Director Clyde Avery will have a quarterly report, while Director Sandy Garrison and Mike Miley will also have a quarterly report from the Marshall County Historical Society Museum.

Marshall County Community Foundation and United Way of Marshall County Director Linda Yoder, who is also on the Marshall County Crossroads Health and Wellness Committee, will ask the commissioners for an Opioid Settlement grant match to continue Project HOPE operations that provides comprehensive services and coordinated access to opioid/substance use prevention, treatment and recovery resources at no-cost in Marshall County.

Highway Department Superintendent Jason Peters, County Attorney Jim Clevenger and Auditor Angie Birchmeier will have regular reports for the commissioners.

The Marshall County Commissioners will meet at 8:30 a.m. ET today in the second floor meeting room (Room 203) in the Marshall County Building at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
