A Plymouth woman was taken into custody Friday, February 10 following the execution of a warrant service in the 1700 block of Cindy Trail by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
Police say K9 Diesel was deployed into the residence and upon doing so 32-year-old Sharlotte Preston was located and taken into custody without further incident.
Preston was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of resisting law enforcement and three active warrants through Marshall County.
Suspects presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
