Plymouth Woman Arrested on Suspicion of Drug Possession

Officers from the Plymouth Police Department were called to an incident at Serenity Place on West Jefferson Street Saturday, January 21 at 5 p.m. ET.

Police say they were called to the location for a protection order violation/trespassing issue.  An investigation found that 46-year-old Heather Havens of Plymouth was allegedly in violation of those orders.

The suspect’s vehicle was later stopped in a traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan Road and Madison Street.  K9 Castor reportedly indicated to the presence of drugs and Havens was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of paraphernalia.  Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
