The Marshall County Commissioners will meet today where Marshall County Solid Waste District Director Marianne Peters will present a waste and recycling ordinance for consideration.
The commissioners will also hear from Emergency Management Agency Director Clyde Avery about a quarterly report.
The commissioners will review annual compliance forms, a IV-D cost allocation plan professional services agreement, and an ordinance regarding personnel policies and handbook.
Highway Superintendent Jason Peters, County Attorney Jim Clevenger, and Auditor Julie Fox will have regular reports for the commissioners.
The Marshall County Commissioners will meet at 8:30 a.m. ET today in the second floor meeting room (Room 203) in the Marshall County Building at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
Following the regular meeting, the Highway Department will open bids for 2023 at 10:30 a.m. ET.
