Officers from the Plymouth Police Department arrested a Plymouth man late Sunday night on several charges.
Police were called to the 200 W. block of Adams Street in Plymouth where they found 46-year-old Brian R. Braden inside the residence. He was subsequently arrested on preliminary charges of residential entry, criminal trespass, and resisting law enforcement and taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
