John Glenn School Board Authorizes New Booster Club

The John Glenn School Board authorized the formation of a new Booster Club at the corporation.

Superintendent Christopher Winchell explained that a group of parents and educators have done the year-long work to initiate a 501(c)(3) non-profit status as well as obtain insurance coverage to support Theatre Arts at the school corporation.  The school’s attorney has reviewed the documents submitted and found everything to be in order.

The school board members commended a few of the founding members in the audience for doing the work to get this started to support students in the John Glenn Theatre Company.

The school board unanimously approved the formation of the John Glenn Theatre Company Booster Club.
