Plymouth Man Arrested Following Accident Investigation

A Plymouth man was arrested Friday, October 21 after an accident investigation by the Plymouth Police Department.

Plymouth police say that shortly before 12:30 a.m. ET a blue Honda had rear ended another vehicle parked on the side of the road in the 600 block of Thayer Street.  After an investigation, it was determined that the driver of the Honda, 27-year-old Darwin Osorto, was intoxicated, according to the report. A chemical test revealed that his BAC was reportedly more than three times the legal limit.

Osorto was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
