Plymouth Man Arrested on Charges Following Alleged Incident in River Park Square

A Plymouth man was arrested Monday, July 4 following a complaint of a person causing a disturbance in River Park Square.

Plymouth Police say 48-year-old Larry W. Baltes was identified as the suspect based on descriptions given. He was allegedly causing a disturbance in the park, chasing a child and yelling.  After an investigation, Baltes was taken to the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of criminal trespass, resisting law enforcement, and public intoxication. 

Suspects are presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty in a court of law.
