INDOT to Host in-Person Public Meetings on Indiana Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Plan

Three in-person public meetings are being hosted by Indiana Department of Transportation officials to gather comments on the state’s Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Deployment Plan, with one gathering scheduled in Plymouth.

According to INDOT, the program team will summarize the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure program requirements and the elements of the plan.  The overall outline of the plan will be discussed, as well visions and goals.  The state’s alternative fuel corridors and the state’s current and planned electric vehicle charging infrastructure along the corridors will be presented. 

The first public meeting is set for Thursday, June 2 at the INDOT Plymouth Subdistrict at 2845 Jack Greenlee Drive from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. ET.  The other public meetings are planned for Thursday, June 9 at the INDOT Indianapolis Subdistrict, and Tuesday, June 14 at the INDOT Seymour District Office during the same timeframe.
