The Culver Town Council members will consider the second reading of an ordinance when they meet tonight that would rezone 415 Lakeshore Drive from Commercial to Planned Unit Development.
In response to public feedback in April, the developer scaled down the initial project from seven residential town homes down to six, decreased overall density, and increased green space.
The council will also review tax abatement compliance forms, a Fiber Hut agreement, Millers Merry Manor false alarm billing, an unsafe buildings update, and READI grants.
Regular updates will be provided by Town Manager Ginny Bess Munroe, Clerk-Treasurer Karen Heim, Town Attorney Jim Clevenger and department heads.
The Culver Town Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. ET tonight in the Culver Town Hall at 200 E. Washington Street.
