The Culver Town Council members plan to consider an ordinance tonight that would rezone 415 Lake Shore Drive from C-2 (Commercial) to a Planned Unit Development (PUD). The change comes with a unanimous recommendation from the Culver Plan Commission following a public hearing on the matter in April.
The developer scaled down the initial project from seven residential town homes down to six, decreased overall density, and increased green space. The Technical Review Committee had already reviewed and approved concerns relating to storm water, utilities, and sewer issues.
The council will also review tax abatement forms, discuss READI Grants, and get updates from Town Manager Ginny Bess Munroe, Clerk-Treasurer Karen Heim, Town Attorney Jim Clevenger, and department heads.
The Culver Town Council members will meet at 6:30 p.m. ET tonight at the Culver Beach Lodge at 819 Lake Shore Drive.
