The Culver Town Council members will meet tonight where they are expected to hold a public hearing concerning the average processing expense for demolition projects.
If favorable, a resolution on the matter would be considered for approval that would include a $3,460 average processing expense that would be incurred by the Enforcement Authority in taking technical and administrative actions concerning typical demolition cases.
The council will also discuss the South Ohio Street alley, and consider a resolution that amends the plan for the potential expenditure of American Rescue Plan Act funds.
The council will also receive regular updates from Town Manager Ginny Bess Munroe, Clerk-Treasurer Karen Heim, Town Attorney Jim Clevenger, department heads, and boards and commission members.
The Culver Town Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. ET at the Culver Town Hall at 200 E. Washington Street.
