Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety Receives Request for Proposals for Greenway Trails Project

Five companies submitted request for proposal forms to the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety for the upcoming Greenway Trails project.

Plymouth City Attorney Sean Surrisi opened proposals last week for preliminary engineering work from USI Consultants, The Troyer Group, VS Engineering, DB Engineering, and United Consulting.  Surrisi said the proposals will be taken under advisement with a committee to be assembled by Plymouth Mayor Mark Senter, the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission and the Plymouth Park Board to choose the company for the project. The project is the third phase of the Greenway Trails extension which will connect the trail across Garro Street through River Park Square.  It was awarded INDOT funding through the Marshall County Crossroads Regional Stellar Communities Initiative.
