Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety, City Council to Meet Tonight

The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will meet tonight where they will consider a request from Utility Superintendent Donnie Davidson to install a security light at the Ledyard Street Water Treatment Plant.

Clerk-Treasurer Jeanine Xaver will present payment requests, and work in the right-of-way will be discussed for approval. 

The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will meet at 6 p.m. ET tonight followed by the Plymouth City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. ET. 

Utility Superintendent Donnie Davidson plans to discuss a possible solar energy project at the wastewater treatment facility with the city council tonight. 

The city council members will also consider resolutions that would transfer appropriations in the fire department and the MVH funds.  A resolution that would authorize the clerk-treasurer to transfer cash from the General Fund to the Deferral and Diversion Fund will also be reviewed for approval.

The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety and the City Council will meet in the second floor Council Chambers room in the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street.  Those interested in attending the meeting should enter the building through the Garro Street entrance.
