Two Juveniles in Custody after Alleged Threats at LaVille Jr./Sr. High School

Two juveniles are in the Thomas N. Frederick Juvenile Justice Center after making alleged threats to students at LaVille Jr./Sr. High School.

Indiana State Police Troopers say school officials were made aware of the threats around noon Friday, October 29, when a list of students’ names was reportedly circulated on social media and that two students allegedly intended to do harm to them at a school dance.

Troopers from the Bremen Post conducted an investigation. As a result, two 13-year-old females were taken into custody on suspicion of intimidation and conspiracy to commit murder, according to the report.

Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
