The Culver Town Council members were updated Tuesday night on repairs at the Culver Beach Lodge.
Town Manager Ginny Bess Munroe explained at an earlier meeting that Michiana Contracting addressed a ceiling leak in the IT room and that work is ongoing, along with an enclosed balcony area. The utility department repaired an issue in the concession room and work is needed in the elevator area.
During Tuesday’s meeting, Munroe said quotes are being sought for drainage issues on the north end of the building which should be received by the next meeting on Tuesday, November 9.
