The Culver Town Council members took action to adopt the 2022 budget during their meeting this week.
The General Fund budget was advertised at $2,337,665. Clerk-Treasurer Karen Heim specified during a previous meeting that the Clerk’s budget was at $473,625, the police budget at $564,800, fire at $268,770, EMS at $680,235, and street at $350,225.
Other funds include Riverboat at $11,334, Local Roads and Streets at $16,154, Motor Vehicle Highway at $53,240, Parks and Recreation at $380,000 Cumulative Capital Development at about $176,000, Grant Fund at $603,000 and the American Rescue Plan Act Fund at $164,926.
The council members unanimously approved the second and third readings of the budget ordinance this week.
