Enrollment Increases at Argos Schools, School Board Approves Bus Purchase

The enrollment at Argos Community School Corporation has increased, according to Superintendent Ned Speicher.

He told MAX 98.3 FM News that 60 more students are attending school there, but that number will likely fluctuate as the beginning of the year progresses.  The official count day is in mid-September.

In relation to that information, the school board approved the purchase of a 24-passenger school bus to help with an added bus route.  The bus was in the bus replacement plan and was needed to accommodate students.
