Culver Town Council to Meet Tonight

The Culver Town Council members may make a decision on the purchase of a new water meter reading system when they meet tonight.

Representatives of AMI Solutions/EJP presented information to the council members at their last meeting where new software and hardware could allow for a faster time in collecting meter readings, can detect leaks at a quicker pace, and better assist the Clerk’s Office with reports and customer inquiries.  The total cost was about $154,000.

The council members will also get updates on the Stellar projects in both the town’s designation and the Marshall County Crossroads Regional Stellar Communities Initiative, and receive updates from department heads as necessary.

The Culver Town Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. ET tonight at the Culver Town Hall at 200 E. Washington Street.
