Three Arrested in Separate Incidents in Plymouth

Officers with the Plymouth Police Department arrested three people in different incidents Sunday, May 16.

A man was arrested just before 7 p.m. ET at the Economy Inn in Plymouth on drug charges, according to the report.  At the time, police say the registered owner of a vehicle in the parking lot was wanted on a warrant, but the person was not located.  During the investigation, 27-year-old Corey Scott was arrested on preliminary charges of dealing in marijuana, and possession of a legend drug and marijuana.  He was later released from the Marshall County Jail on a cash bond.

About 30 minutes later, police say a Plymouth man was stopped in a traffic stop for several traffic infractions near the intersection of Oak Drive and Jefferson Street.  Justin Holzwart, 44, was reportedly found to be impaired by a controlled substance.  Holzwart was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and later released after posting a cash bond. 

Levi Johnson was taken into custody on an active Marshall County warrant just before 11 p.m. ET in an alley on Pennsylvania Avenue on May 16.  Police say he was wanted on charges of possession of a controlled substance and marijuana. 

Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
