Three Arrested after Bremen Police Serve Search Warrant

Three people were arrested Friday, May 21 after Bremen Police officers served a search warrant at a home in the 100 E. block of Bike Street in Bremen.

The search warrant was granted after police reportedly investigated an anonymous narcotics tip.  During the search of the property, police allegedly found evidence of possession of methamphetamine and narcotics.

As a result, police say 48-year-old Randall Kirby was arrested on preliminary charges of maintaining a common nuisance and possession of methamphetamine, narcotics and paraphernalia.  Diane Luther, 48, was arrested on a preliminary charge of maintaining a common nuisance, according to the report, and 36-year-old Chad Hickey was arrested on a preliminary charge of visiting a common nuisance and a warrant through Marshall County. 

Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
