Marshall County Council members will meet this morning where Commission President Kevin Overmyer is anticipated to discuss an additional appropriation for the Marshall County Courthouse renovation project.
The council members will also hear from Sheriff Matt Hassel who will have an update on the Jail Chemical Addiction Program. He will also present a request to apply for the Marine Patrol Assistance Grant and the CHIRP Grant.
They will consider amending the salary ordinance for the Health Department and the Probation Department, establish a fund for the Marshall County Parks and Recreation Board, and hold a discussion on continuity of operations planning. Additional appropriation requests and transfer requests are also listed for approval.
Museum Director Linda Rippy and Plan Director Ty Adley will be presenting quarterly reports.
The Marshall County Council will meet at 9 a.m. ET today in the second floor meeting room (Room 203) in the Marshall County Building at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
