The Marshall County Commissioners will meet today where they will consider a resolution about Second Amendment preservation. Two residents are listed on the agenda to discuss the topic with the commissioners this morning.
The commissioners will also open two public hearings with the assistance of Priority Project Resources Grant Writer Shannon McLeod. One public hearing concerns COVID-19 and a second public hearing will concern the housing program.
Veterans Service Officer Pam Schweizer-Betz and Marshall County Museum Director Linda Rippy will present quarterly reports from their respective departments. Plan Director Ty Adley will have an annual report.
The commissioners will also review the American Rescue Plan Act and the demolition of 211 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
Highway Superintendent Jason Peters, County Attorney Jim Clevenger and Auditor Julie Fox will also have their regular reports for the commissioners.
The Marshall County Commissioners will meet this morning at 8:30 a.m. in the second floor meeting room (Room 203) in the Marshall County Building at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
