The Culver Town Council members took time Tuesday night to review an ordinance that outlines amended fees or costs for the Culver Parks and Recreation Department.
The ordinance focuses on facility rentals, pier slip fees, beach admission fees, and concessions. The only fees amended were for the rental of the second floor of the Culver Beach Lodge.
The rental of the second floor of the beach lodge in the off-season, which is fall to spring, would jump from $107 to $171.20. The in-season price would go from $155.15 to $214.
Costs to those who are low-to-moderate income would pay the off-season rate of $128.40 and the in-season rate of $160.50.
The ordinance can be found on the Town of Culver’s website. A link can be found here.
The second and third readings of the ordinance amendment passed with a unanimous vote.
