Argos School Board Discusses Contracts and Salary Increases

The Argos School Board members took action last week to look at contracts and salary increases for the corporation’s administrators, directors and leadership team members.

Superintendent Ned Speicher commented that the board considered a one to three percent increase for those individuals.  The percentage of the increase was dependent on evaluations and performance reviews.

Speicher also said the compensation schedule for extra curricular positions were reviewed for the next two school years for coaches, club leaders and others that fall within that category.  They will also receive a one to three percent increase in compensation.

The school board members approved the contracts and increases with a unanimous vote.
