Rapid Snow Melt May Lead to Flooded Roads

Marshall County Highway Superintendent Jason Peters warns residents that snow melt may cause flooding on some roads in the county.

Peters asks that residents call the Marshall County Highway Department or the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department to report pooling water or high water on any roads.

In these conditions, gravel roads may become softer which could lead to travel issues.

Drivers should travel with caution and do not drive through an area with high water.
