A wanted man is in the custody of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department after Judge Robert Bowen issued two warrants for his arrest Wednesday, February 10.
Kristopher Conley was taken into custody Monday, February 15 after police learned of his location in Delong, according to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department. He was wanted on a Level 5 Felony count of burglary and a Level 6 Felony count of theft in one warrant. The other warrant included three Level 6 Felony counts of theft of a firearm, a Class B Misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana, and a Class C Felony count of possession of paraphernalia.
Conley was taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was being held with no bond.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and the Marshall County Drug Task Force were assisted by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
