The Town of Argos was recently awarded $432,646 in INDOT’s Community Crossings Matching Grant program.
Portions of Marshall Street, Railroad Street, Poplar Street Dewey Street, Huff Street, Washington Street, Albert Street, South Street, and Center Street will have new layer of hot mix asphalt.
Bids for those projects will be taken soon and completed in the spring when asphalt plants begin preparing the road surface material for the year.
