The last portion of the Bremen downtown project will be complete the first part of February.
Bremen Director of Operations Trend Weldy told MAX News that the traffic signals at the intersection of Center and Plymouth (State Road 106) Streets are expected to be installed on February 2. The subcontractor for the project will need to shut down the intersection to complete the work. An INDOT permit is needed in order to close Plymouth Street during that process.
All of the equipment has arrived to get the work done. The traffic signals were not delivered until late December.
