
The Culver Town Council members opened a public hearing Tuesday night to gather public comments on an increase in rates for Culver-Union Township EMS services.
The ALS Emergency rate would remain at $850, ALS II Emergency increased $180 to $1,200, BLS Emergency was retained at $550, BLS Non-Emergency increased $10 to $550, Treatment with No Transport increased $160 to $360, and mileage increased $4 to $16.
No public comments were given during the meeting.
The first reading of an ordinance that adjusts rates, charges and regulations for the services provided was approved with a unanimous vote. Additional readings will be considered during the council’s next meeting on January 26.
