The Culver Town Council members took action Tuesday night to adopt an ordinance that adjusts rates, charges and regulations for the services provided by Culver-Union Township EMS.
The ALS Emergency rate would remain at $850, ALS II Emergency increased $180 to $1,200, BLS Emergency was retained at $550, BLS Non-Emergency increased $10 to $550, Treatment with No Transport increased $160 to $360, and mileage increased $4 to $16.
A public hearing on the matter was held earlier this month with no public comment.
The town council members suspended the rules and passed the ordinance on second and third readings.
