The Starke County Health Department and the Indiana Department of Health are partnering to offer free drive-thru COVID-19 testing clinics next week.
All residents may get a free test regardless of symptoms. Children as young as the age of two can be tested with parental consent.
The clinics will be open Tuesday, December 22 and Wednesday, December 23 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday, December 24 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturday, December 26 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT. Testing will be conducted at the Nancy J. Dembowski Community Center in Knox.
There will be no charge for testing, but if residents have private health insurance they are encouraged to bring along that information to the testing site.
