Another 25 COVID-19 Cases Reported in Marshall County

The number of new COVID-19 cases remains in the double digits in Marshall, Starke, and Pulaski counties. Another 30 cases were reported just in Pulaski County, according to Friday’s update from the Indiana Department of Health. Marshall County had 25 new cases, while Starke County had 14.

Efforts Continue to Test, Vaccinate Indiana Students

COVID-19 testing is becoming more common in Indiana’s schools, but the state is stopping short of requiring it. State Health Commissioner Dr. Kris Box says that more than 160 schools are now using rapid BinaxNOW tests, and testing will continue to be an important topic as health officials look ahead to the 2021-2022 school year.
