A Marshall County sex offender was arrested Friday, after he allegedly failed to keep his registration up to date. Police say they discovered that Austin James Cassidy, 35, of Bremen, was out of compliance last week, when they tried to locate him for an active Kosciusko County warrant for a probation violation.
Marshall County Police say they found him at his place of employment, which was not registered.
