A Marshall County sex offender was arrested Friday, after he allegedly failed to keep his registration up to date. Police say they discovered that Austin James Cassidy, 35, of Bremen, was out of compliance last week, when they tried to locate him for an active Kosciusko County warrant for a probation violation.
