The Bourbon Town Council members signed a proclamation last week recognizing October as National Fire Prevention Month.
Members of the Bourbon Volunteer Fire Department were in attendance at the meeting where Town Council President Ward Byers read aloud from the proclamation that can be found below.
All of the men and women who are volunteer firefighters were recognized for their efforts during the meeting last week.
