The Marshall County Council members will hold a budget hearing for the 2021 budget this morning.
Before they tackle the budget, they will hear from Ann Anglin from Human Resources concerning job descriptions for an Extension Secretary/Office Manager and support staff, Health Administrator Ashley Garcia will discuss the exempt status of the Public Health Nurse and Health Educator, and Evelyn Shields from WIC will present the organization’s grant request for Fiscal year 2021 and a bilingual clerk wage adjustment.
Katie McLear from USI Consultants will talk about Veterans Parkway and Commission President Kevin Overmyer will discuss CARES Act funding.
Sheriff Matt Hassel is expected to present a corrected commissary report from January to June of this year and David Bottorff will have an AIC update.
The council will consider additional appropriation and transfer requests and changes to a job description and the salary ordinance.
The Marshall County Council members will meet at 9 a.m. today in the second floor meeting room (Room 203) in the Marshall County Building at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
