The Bremen Town Council members chose the contractor with the lowest bid to work on the Alexander Street project.
The project includes utility line extensions for possible development in that area of Bremen. The development of a street is planned in that area in the future.
Bremen Director of Operations Trend Weldy said Haskins Underground came in with the lowest bid at $131,925. They also submitted an alternate bid of $73,340 for the sanitary portion of the project.
