The Argos Community School Board members were notified of a generous donation to the corporation from an area business during their meeting this week.
Superintendent Ned Speicher said it will come in handy for students this school year.
“The Lear Corporation in Plymouth donated a 55 gallon drum of hand sanitizer to us which is a much needed product right now!” stated Speicher. We’re filling our cleaning dispensers from that barrel of hand sanitizer. That’s a valuable gift that was given to use and we do appreciate that a lot.”
Students are expected to return to in-person instruction at the school corporation on Monday, Aug. 24.
