A groundbreaking ceremony is set for Sunday, Aug. 2 for the 23rd Habitat for Humanity home in Marshall County at Pearl and Clark Streets in Plymouth.
Volunteers will be working with Jessica McMillen to build a brand new home at the site to be completed in 2021.
This is the second home construction on the site with one more to be built there in the future.
The outdoor ceremony begins at 2 p.m. with Reverend Chuck Kreig presiding. Those attending are asked to observe a social distance. A face covering will be optional.
Habitat for Humanity volunteers build homes for families who have a housing need, willing to help build their home and make affordable monthly mortgage payments.
