Facial Covering Required inside Marshall County Courthouse

Those planning to attend a court hearing, or conduct business inside the Marshall County Courthouse must wear a face covering.

As part of the Marshall County Courts Transition Plan approved by the Indiana Supreme Court, it requires residents entering the courthouse to wear facial protection.  If residents do not own a mask, one will be provided at the security checkpoint, depending on availability.

If a mask is not available, the resident will be denied access inside the courthouse.  The appropriate court will be notified and may require additional steps to resolve the proposed business.

Any individual entering the building will be required to use the hand sanitizer provided at the security checkpoint and continue to wear the face covering when social distancing cannot be maintained.

The officials at the Marshall County Courthouse appreciate everyone’s cooperation as regular operations gradually resume in the court system.
