An addition to TIF #3 in the U.S. 30/Pine Road Economic Development Area was approved by the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission members Tuesday night.
A public hearing was opened to gather opinions by those affected by the proposed projects and proceedings to amend the Economic Development Area to add the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation’s construction of industrial manufacturing centers for business attraction through a lease of the facilities.
There were no comments during the public hearing.
The commission members later unanimously approved a resolution that amends the Economic Development Area, the Economic Development Plan, and the allocation area for the purposes of Tax Increment Financing.
