The Culver Town Council members will consider a Main Street closure request for retail and restaurants as well as a request for the extension of an ordinance that establishes special procedures, emergency powers, and declaring a Public Health Disaster Emergency related to COVID-19, and the town marshal stipend when they meet tonight.
Town Manager Jonathan Leist is expected to give an update on the local Stellar Communities Designation and current operations. A Marshall County Crossroads Regional Stellar Communities Initiative update is also anticipated.
Culver Town Attorney Jim Clevenger will update the council members on pending litigation and Clerk-Treasurer Karen Heim will discuss items of interest from her office.
Representatives from the town’s various departments, boards and commissions will provide updates as they are available.
The Culver Town Council members will meet online tonight at 6:30 p.m. ET via Microsoft teams.
