Marshall County officials are asking residents to follow Governor Holcomb’s Executive Order to stay at home.
In a teleconference Thursday morning, Emergency Management Agency Director Clyde Avery stated that there have been complaints of groups of people in essential places to shop and groups of people at golf courses. He’s asking that the stay-at-home order is taken seriously so the order can be lifted sooner than later.
Governor Holcomb has stated in his daily news conferences that the peak has yet to hit Indiana and residents need to do what they can to stop the spread of the virus. Wash hands with soap for 20 seconds or more and exercise social distancing.
