Plymouth School Board Approves Additional Readings on New Policies

The Plymouth School Board members considered the second reading of policies during their meeting last week.

The policies pertain to employment of personnel for extra curricular activities, anti-harassment, homeless students, care of students with chronic health conditions, student discipline, suspension and expulsion of students, budget preparation, budget hearings, school safety, emergency preparedness and plans, transportation, posting positions, graduation requirements, and child abuse and neglect. 

The policies are recommended by NEOLA which are typically provided to all school corporations throughout the state.

The school board members approved the second reading of the policies as presented.
