The Bremen Town Council members held a small discussion session following their regular session Monday night to talk about a joint pool facility.
The town council, Bremen Park Board and the Bremen Public School Board members are working together in a committee to determine if they want to construct a joint pool facility at the school corporation for town and school use.
It was decided at a public meeting at the beginning of the month that members from each of the entities will be part of a committee to decide whether or not to build a joint pool facility by getting the pool supplies adelaide together or to keep the facilities separate with the town’s outdoor swimming pool and the school’s indoor pool facility for individual uses.
Bremen Director of Operations Trend Weldy said the council members will continue to discuss matters with the Bremen School Board members before a decision is made to move along with plans.
A joint meeting of the entities is planned for Saturday, March 21 at 9 a.m. at Bremen Town Hall.
