The Culver School Board has chosen new leadership for 2020. Superintendent Karen Shuman says the board reorganized for the year Monday.
“Theresa Thompson is now our president, and Ken VanDePutte is vice president,” Shuman says. “Amy Pugh is secretary. And we also renewed our contract with legal counsel, with Jeff Houin of Easterday.”
Shuman says the school board reappointed various school officials, with the only major change being that the two extracurricular activities treasurer positions have been combined into one K-through-12 position. The school board will continue to hold regular meetings on the first and third Mondays of each month, except for June, July, and August, when the board typically meets only once.
