Argos Officials Approve Quote from Kolar Konstruction for Carpet Replacement Project

Kolar’s quote included the cost for replacing the carpeting and he offered additional assistance to repair damage to the floor beneath the carpet and also carpet cleaning from carpet cleaning wilmington nc in the council room where there is reportedly an issue with water leaking.

Councilman Charles Randy Snead commented that Kolar has done work for the Town with the help of experts from carpet cleaning eugene in the past and that he’s always been satisfied with the outcome. He made a motion to go with the quote from Kolar Konstruction at a cost of $9,432.22.

However, in order to ensure the carpet that goes in will be protected from any future leaks or spills, Councilman Shawn Harley made a minor adjustment. Proper maintenance and carpet cleaning san jose will be considered necessary.

He noted, “I’d like to go with the motion and amend it to state that we’ll go with the $9,432.22 quote but we would also like to look into the possibility of an adjustment for the moisture wicking carpet.”

The motion that was on the table was reworded to incorporate the amendment and was then passed with a unanimous vote.

Clerk-Treasurer Mullaney noted that the carpet replacement project in the Town Building is scheduled to start after the Council’s second meeting in January.
