Plymouth City Officials to be Sworn into Office

A swearing-in ceremony for the elected officials in the City of Plymouth and department heads is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 31 at 11 a.m. at the Plymouth City Building. 

Marshall County Clerk Deb VanDeMark will administer the Oath of Office to Mayor Mark Senter, Clerk-Treasurer Jeanine Xaver, and council members Don Ecker, Jr., Shiloh Milner, Randy Longenecker, Greg Compton, Jeff Houin, and Robert Listenberger. 

Clerk-Treasurer Jeanine Xaver will then administer the Oath of Office to City Attorney Sean Surrisi, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Abby Collins, Utility Superintendent Donnie Davidson, City Engineer Rick Gaul, Police Chief David Bacon, Fire Chief Rod Miller, Assistant Fire Chief Steve Holm, Assistant Fire Chief Chad Kinney, Cemetery Superintendent Michael Collins, Street/Sanitarian Superintendent Jim Marquardt, Park Superintendent Michael Hite, Airport Manager Bill Sheley, and Building Commissioner Keith Hammonds.  In addition, the Board of Public Works and Safety members will be sworn into office.  Those members include Mayor Mark Senter, Jeff Houin, Shiloh Milner, and Bill Walters.

The public is invited to attend.  The swearing-in ceremony will be held in the City Council Chambers room on the second floor of the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street.  Those planning to attend should enter the building through the Garro Street entrance.
